Greetings! I am Dr. Morad Malek. Yoga teacher

I am Meisam Moghaddam, a management graduate with over a decade of experience in industrial planning and management. For more than 20 years I have known the science of yoga, and almost at once it became far more than a hobby or sport for me — it became a need in daily life, because I believe yoga is a journey from the self, through the self, to the self.

Dr. Aron Eyvazi

Physician & yoga therapist

My name is Dr. Aron Eyvazi. I am a medical doctor and a trained yoga therapist, certified yoga teacher, and versed in integrative holistic approaches to health and wellbeing.

While yoga postures are therapeutic and healing, yoga therapy makes use of these postures as well as other yogic tools to address the needs of individuals at physical, mental, and emotional levels. For more than two decades I have helped many people to regain their health through yogic approaches including yoga therapy, Ayurveda, homeopathy, and more.

I understand that physical and mental wellbeing are interlinked, and that is the essence of yoga: the integration of mind and body. That is the basis of my approach in helping my clients.

Not only will I help you address your physical issues, I will also help you sustain that health by addressing the potential root causes at the mental and emotional levels.

I can help with various health issues including, but not limited to, diabetes, high blood pressure, asthma, depression, and anxiety. I also offer Stress Management (MBSR), detoxification, chakra therapy, and yoga sex therapy.

Meisam Moghaddam

Yoga teacher

I am Meisam Moghaddam, a management graduate with over a decade of experience in industrial planning and management. For more than 20 years I have known the science of yoga, and almost at once it became far more than a hobby or sport for me — it became a need in daily life, because I believe yoga is a journey from the self, through the self, to the self.

After completing many courses in Iran and abroad across different branches of yoga and Ayurveda — and after teaching classes in yoga, meditation, body-and-mind cleansing, stress management, and time management — I came to believe that the philosophy of yoga is nothing but the right management of body and mind. That is why my approach blends management techniques with the authentic, practical science of yoga: a blend that can bring inner joy and calm, raise energy, and make the best use of one’s time. In short, uniting the knowledge and experience of management with the science of yoga shaped in me an approach to creating balance between body and mind — and over these years I have tried, through time- and mind-management, an understanding of true happiness, and a focus on each student’s potential, to take a step toward helping them know themselves.

I am also an advanced International Registered Yoga Teacher (500 hours). As a registered clinical counsellor, art therapist, and yoga instructor, I support youth and adults dealing with anxiety, depression, body-image dissatisfaction, relational issues, OCD, trauma, and life transitions.

Having been an artist my entire life, I incorporate art therapy into my sessions, harnessing the transformative power of creative expression to help clients explore their inner thoughts, emotions, and experiences safely and nonverbally.

Drawing on 23 years of immersive practice in yoga, mindfulness, and spiritual exploration, I embody a holistic approach to mental health, inspiring people on a transformative journey toward healing, self-acceptance, and inner peace.

My practice is a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can freely express their challenges. In clinical counselling I integrate evidence-based modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and client-centred approaches with holistic ones — restorative yoga, trauma-informed yoga, mindfulness-based techniques, and art therapy — to help clients develop coping strategies and foster personal growth, emotional wellbeing, and resilience.

At Nava, I teach art therapy classes open to all.

I warmly extend my hand to you, inviting you into a space where your needs and concerns are deeply understood. Your journey is significant, and I am genuinely here to connect with and support you every step of the way.

My name is Ali Yamini. I currently reside in India and am a student of Ayurveda medicine and surgery (Traditional Indian Medicine) at the Institute of Teaching and Research in Ayurveda, Gujarat Ayurveda University, under the supervision of the World Health Organization (WHO). My methods of treatment include: (1) Ayurveda — ayurvedic medicine (internal and external), ayurvedic lifestyle and diet, panchakarma and shodhana (cleansing the body of unwanted waste), detoxification (shamana), and immunity support; (2) yoga therapy — pranayama, asana, meditation, relaxation, and techniques for releasing anger, sadness, and other disturbing emotions; and (3) marma therapy (the vital points of the body).

I look forward to meeting and working with you!
